Today we're discussing two of the most toxic messages about mental health in the wellness and personal development spaces. These two messages in particular were a HUGE part of the reason it took me so long to get help for my mental health. Be careful who you follow, who you're getting advice from and the beliefs you choose to subscribe to. Make sure you're not getting in your own way when it comes to feeling better. Also understand that medicine is a piece to the puzzle, not the end all be all. So PLEASE take your meds unapologetically and also learn to build habits, routines, and rituals that serve you to.
