Over the last year I've worked hard to correct a lot of habits that were stressing out my nervous system, raising my cortisol levels, and contributing to PMS symptoms. As usual, I'm still a work in progress and nothing is perfect. BUT I feel the most calm and at peace in my body that I can remember. So I'm sharing with you today in hopes that my experience might help you too.
