We're one full month into 2023 and many of us are working on our wellness goals. I heard a saying on a podcast that I thought I really connected with. That saying was "being in shape is awesome, but getting in shape sucks". When I heard that I thought, OMG that's so f*cking true! But as I've taken the last month to step up my running game and "get back in shape" I had a change of opinion around that saying and that mindset in general.
