I've spent the last few years on a journey of learning about myself and healing from anxiety and depression. Along the way, I've learned the importance of self care and really became protective of my energy. And while that is an amazing thing to be able to do for yourself, I also didn't really push myself out of my comfort zone too much and held myself back from growth along the way. I'm not upset about this because it's all part of the journey! BUT I'm ready to push myself this year in my workouts and in my work. I'm excited to continue to fine tune this line between self care and self sabotage and bring you along for the ride.
