Finding Wellness
The wellness space is cluttered with gurus who swear they have the best solution but the truth is only YOU know what works best for you and your body, mind and spirit. We've been conditioned to think of health as thinness or the absence of illness. But we need to start thinking more holistically beyond just what our body looks and feels like. My goal is to help you look at your whole life: your career, your spirituality, your mental health, your environement, etc. to see how you can support your overall health and wellbeing. Get curious, listen to your body, and start making small shifts today that will have a big impact tomorrow! You are worth the time, money, energy and effort required to live a full, complete, happy and healthy life!
Finding Wellness
130. A heartfelt look back over the past year
I know we usually evaluate the year at the end of December or beginning of January, but I had an epiphany recently that forced me to take a look back over the past 12 months and everything that has happened since last November. From dealing with anger and grief, to quitting my job, to building my self-care and resilience habits, getting used to life without Timmy in the house and so much more.
If you're struggling with your self-care routine or just don't know where to start, the No BS Mama Self-Care menu simplifies this for you! With over 50 self care ideas in 4 different categories, you're sure to find something that works for you no matter how little time you have. Download the FREE Self-Care Menu HERE!
