I don't know about you but I'm definitely feeling a shift in my energy and mood as the seasons are changing...and as I look around I can see that others are already being affected too so I thought I'd share some simple things I'm bringing back into my routine to support my energy and mood as the seasons are changing.

  • Trips to the sauna
  • Morning dance parties
  • Morning movement
  • Light therapy lamp
  • Essential Oils
  • Declutter
